Cool Tools to Help Your ChapterInviting friends for guest nights...posting flyers...freebie shows for the local community...these time-tested techniques for promoting your chapter are great, and of course you'll always need to do them. BUT...a little modern technology will go a long way to help you book more gigs, attract bigger audiences, bring more singers in for guest nights and ultimately, register more barbershoppers. We're talking Facebook and Twitter here, and don't feel alone if you need a little help getting started!
Bob Fichtner (from the Midwest Vocal Express), with the help of Montana Jack, has written an article entitled Social Media for Barbershop Quartets and Choruses.
