WAIVER: Educational institutions will receive an automatic waiver of license fees upon request. Contact the headquarters office at 800-876-SING or email waiver@spebsqsa.org and ask for the Youth Outreach Coordinator, who will grant the waiver, and provide additional free resources, music, instructional materials, and information on ways to include barbershop harmony in a music curriculum.
