Book a quartet

Want to hire a barbershop quartet for your next event? There are two ways to receive information about quartets in your area. (Note: If you already know the name of the quartet, go to the quartet locator and follow the easy instructions.)

E-Mail: E-mail the Barbershop Harmony Society headquarters with your event information and receive a list of quartets in the area. Provide the city, state and zip code where the event will take place, the type of event (show, benefit concert, anniversary, etc.), and your name and phone number. The information will be e-mailed to you. Response time is 24 hours or less if received on weekdays or the next business day if received on weekends. Send e-mail to: bookings@barbershop.org.

Phone: Call the Public Relations staff at 800.876.7464 ext. 8558 during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time) Monday to Friday. You'll be asked to provide the city, state and zip code where the event will take place, the type of event (show, benefit concert, anniversary, etc.), and your name and phone number. The list of quartets can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you.
