INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS ______________________________________, a Chapter of the Society
For The Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America,
Inc. (“Chapter”), has been requested by ____________________________________
to loan that organization certain items of personal property owned by Chapter; and
WHEREAS Chapter has agreed to loan said property to ______________________
for its exclusive use;
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL
BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY BOTH PARTIES, _________________________
hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Chapter harmless from any and all liability which
might or could accrue to the Chapter because of the use of said personal property by
___________________________, including, but not limited to, any claim or cause of
action for personal injury and/or property damage to any third party (including any
member of ________________________________________). Said indemnification
shall include, but not be limited to actual damages, compensatory damages, attorneys
fees and any and all other claims for damages arising out of the use of this loaned
property.
