The Buffalo Bills weren't the only barbershop quartet to make it to the silver screen as the quartet in The Music Man.

Marx Brothers sing "My Old Kentucky Home" towards the end of the film. (But is it barbershop?)

The Strawberry Blonde 1941

Dentist in early 1900s wonders if he married the wrong girl, but discovers he didn't after all; starring James Cagney and Rita Hayworth. Based on a play by James Hagan. [Remake of One Sunday Afternoon (1933) w/Gary Cooper and Frances Farmer; remade as One Sunday Afternoon (1948) w/ Dennis Morgan and Dorothy Malone.]

Studio quartet (?) sings parts of "Wait Till The Sun Shines, Nellie" and "In The Evening By The Moonlight" in a barber shop; later a different quartet sings chorus of "Love Me And The World Is Mine" in a beer hall.

Buffalo Bills, as four townsmen who quarrel constantly until brought together as a quartet, sing "Lida Rose", "Sincere", "Goodnight Ladies", and "Itıs You" at various points during the story, as well as having some incidental business throughout the film.

A workaholic father tries to make amends for neglecting his family and finds himself in a desperate search for the one toy his son wants for Christmas; starring Arnold Swarzenegger and Jim Belushi.

Yerfadder's Mustache, as four of a group of mall Santa Clauses who have the coveted toy, sing "The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot" with Jim Belushi (the head Santa) at lead [a rather drifting and wandering lead, apparently] while the rest of the Santas sing in the background.
