PARTICIPATION IN THE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH BARBERSHOP CHORUS FESTIVAL INCLUDES:
  • Registration to the Barbershop Harmony Society’s 2011 Midwinter Convention
  • Admission to the 2011 International Senior Quartet Contest
  • Admission to two professional-quality barbershop shows featuring the top 5 quartets from 2010
  • Performance in an international a cappella music festival
  • Positive, constructive adjudication from three different judges (one judge per scoring category)
  • Professional performance recording
  • Meaningful awards for all participants
  • Trophies for each of the “Plateau” winners, plus a trophy for the “Grand Champion”
  • Student-friendly hotels, in the Midwinter Convention hotel block
  • Optional group photos from the Festival performance
  • 2 nights stay in a convention hotel for each singer and chorus director
