International Quartet Festival

Who can enter
- Open to ALL quartets, regardless of affiliation or gender
- Perform two songs in front of an audience, get a score and rating (if desired), and receive world-class coaching from a BHS-certified judge
- Limited space!
- Some quartets may also be selected/invited to perform on the International Contest stage at the conclusion of a session. This decision will be made by the judging panel of the quartet festival.
- Note that this festival does not qualify quartets to compete in the official International Quartet Competition.

How are ensembles classified?
At present the qualification page reflects the Contest Expansion Plan announced in December 2019. That plan is currently under review by the Society Board of Directors.
