BHS Safety Requirements/Commitments*

  • Our 2022 Harmony University will be a fully vaccinated event, with vaccination verification required.
  • All attendees and faculty will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19. We will partner with a 3rd party to authenticate proof of vaccination and test results of all attendees prior to the event.
  • Attendees and faculty are considered fully vaccinated two weeks (14 days) after they have completed either the second dose in a two-dose series (i.e.. Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca) or after a single-dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine. We will also accept a mix of two of the above vaccines (i.e. one dose of Moderna and one dose of Pfizer vaccines). Attendees should complete their final vaccine by June 21,2022, to be considered fully vaccinated for the 2022 Harmony University.
  • We will accept WHO-approved vaccines, plus vaccines authorized or approved by the national health authority of the country where it was administered.
  • Any attendee or faculty member needing an exemption will need to complete a form (available online closer to the event) along with a proof of a negative COVID test (molecular, PCR or antigen). Test must be taken no more than 72 hours prior to arriving on campus.
  • We will announce any masking requirements/policies closer to the event based on CDC and local health guidance at the time of the event.
  • Booster shots are recommended, when eligible, according to CDC guidelines.
  • All events (including afterglows and informal gatherings) will be strictly limited to registered attendees.
