  • World’s Largest Barberpole?!?!: Denver will welcome barbershoppers by turning the Daniels and Fisher Tower (325 ft, 99.1 m) into a giant barber pole. World's largest barber pole, perhaps? It will be done with animated projections that will be visible Monday from 9:00 pm-midnight and Tuesday from 10:30 pm-midnight. Be sure to head over to 16th Street & Curtis Street for a great selfie opportunity for you and your group.
  • First Timer at International? Join us in the Quartz A room at the Hyatt Regency on Tuesday at 9:00 am for Orientation!
  • Learn and do with amazing Harmony University classes, starting on Tuesday.

Singers will be on the various parking levels, reserving the main level for listeners. The Galleria is ADA-compliant and has elevators. Best of all, it's just one block from the Colorado Convention Center. So brush up on those polecats (volumes I & II), and come to sing at the largest performing-arts complex in the US.

Travel from the airport to city center

  • Typical travel time from the airport to downtown is approximately 40-60 minutes, depending on the time of day.
  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) prices vary by time of day, but are often less expensive than Taxis. Be sure to verify which side of the airport you are on before reserving your rideshare.
  • Via Train: There is Light Rail that runs between DIA and Union Station in downtown Denver. From there it will be around a 4 to 6 min Lyft or Uber ride to a hotel. The price for the Light Rail is $10.00 per person (seniors & children would get a half price discounted fare) and travel time is about 37 min. To access the lightrail, proceed to the south end of the main terminal on level 5 and walk out of the doors which lead to the Westin Hotel. Directly in front of you will be an escalator that will take you down to the light rail platform area. On your right you will find kiosks where you can purchase a ticket for the ride downtown to Union Station.

Arrivals: busiest arrival dates for the BHS convention are Monday and Tuesday. Expect busy hotel desks for check-in and lines at the convention registration desks.
Departures: busiest departure date is Sunday, July 6. Expect long lines at airport security. Allow at least 2 hours in the Denver airport before scheduled departure.

Fan Expo
On Thursday, Friday & Saturday, we will be co-located in the Convention Center with 110,000 Fan Expo attendees.
