Renew your membership with the Barbershop Harmony Society in Member Center
60 days before your due date you will receive an email informing you it is time to renew. That email contains a form which will allow you to renew your membership without requiring a visit to the Member Center. If you would rather use the member center to renew you can follow this guide's instructions.
Renewal of membership can be accomplished in a few different ways:
- Pay online at members.barbershop.org (no fee)
- Send Credit/Debit Card payment info by mail (no fee)
- Send Credit/Debit Card payment info by FAX (no fee)
- Provide Credit/Debit Card payment information by phone at 800.876.7464 (no fee)
- Coordinate payment with a friend, family member, fellow chapter member, quartet member or chapter secretary. You pay them, they pay on your behalf using any of the above methods (no fee).
- Send a check by mail ($10 fee)*
*Allow extra time for processing. $10 fee recoups high check-processing costs.
Tutorial: Member Renewal
- Login to the BHS Member Center by visiting: members.barbershop.org
- Use your username (email address on file with BHS) and password. If you forget your password, CLICK HERE to be emailed a temporary password. If you have forgotten or you do not know your username, contact the BHS Customer Service Team at customerservice@barbershop.org or 800.876.SING.
- After logging in, you should see a banner towards the top that looks similar to the below example:
- Click on My Account. This will open a drop-down menu where you should select My Subscriptions.
- You should then see a page similar to this with your subscriptions listed. Click your membership subscription (this may appear as your name):
- On the following page showing your membership, there will be a button in the top right labeled Renew Subscription, click this.
- This will open a form where you can pay for your dues. Follow the instructions on the form to complete your renewal. Once you have completed this and entered your payment information you will receive an email confirming your renewal.
