Woodshedders seek candidate officers
Improvisational harmonizers need volunteers to run the operation.
Each spring, the Woodshedders (AHSOW) conduct elections for their Board of Directors. Member participation is essential to ensuring the organization can continue offering valuable woodshedding opportunities at conventions.
This year, the organization has experienced an unprecedented loss of eligible board members due to illness and passing. To maintain a healthy and sustainable future, the Woodshedders are actively seeking new volunteers to serve on the board. Individuals who are interested, or who know someone who may be a good fit, are encouraged to get involved.
- The Board is composed of 11 members
- Each year, approximately half of the positions are elected for two-year terms
- Election ballots will be distributed in June 2026
