Why do I need to reset my password?
If you previously had a BHS Shop login associated with your email address, you will be prompted to reset your password the first time you login to the new system. This is to protect your privacy and ensure your password remains secure as your account switches to the new system.
Note: Once logged in, if you are a member or Associate, be sure you enter your Member/Associate ID by clicking the Promo/Gift Certificate link at checkout and enter your number in the Promo/Gift Certificate box, then select Apply.
How do I find the sheet music, downloads, and learning tracks for a song I am interested in?
The search function of this website is capable of finding products by partial titles, SKUs, and other descriptive keywords. If a specific arrangement has digital or learning track options, those can be seen by clicking into the product. After clicking into the arrangement for which you are interested, the first product listed will always be the printed sheet music, followed by all available additional options (Digital Download, CD Learning Tracks, Digital Learning Tracks).
If you aren’t sure what song you may want, you can use our Sheet Music filters to help narrow down your search. These filters are available at the top of each sheet music page. After navigating to the Sheet Music portion of the shop site, you can use the products filters listed across the top of the section to filter by Ensemble, Digital Version and Learning track availability, Tempo, and more!
Can I purchase just one download version of a piece of music?
For downloaded music, there is a minimum purchase quantity of four copies. This is due to higher copyright costs the Society must pay on digital sheet music.
How soon will I receive my Digital Download file?
If your order contained downloaded products only, then you will receive an email with the digital files immediately after completing your order. If your order contained both physical and downloadable products, you will receive an email with the digital files when your order ships from our warehouse. If you created a customer account, all purchased files will be available under your account’s dashboard as well as being sent to your email.
Where is my member/associate discount?
All prices displayed on the website are the full price of the product. At checkout, you may enter a discount code or member/associate number in the “Promo/Gift Certificate” field in order to calculate applicable discounts. Only one discount can be used per order. Discounts do not apply to digital/download versions of sheet music.
May I purchase Gift Certificates?
Yes! You can purchase a Gift Certificate on the left navigation panel on any screen, under Pages.
An old product link is not working- what do I do?
While our SKUs for products have stayed the same (and are searchable!), the actual address/link might have changed. You can search for the product using part or all of its name, SKU, arranger, or other descriptive keywords.
How do I access downloads I bought on the previous site (prior to September 6, 2018)?

Member and Other Discounts
You do not need to be a member of the Barbershop Harmony Society in order to purchase from the BHS shop site, although we would love to have you join us! BHS members’ dues help create these products and the prices shown reflect discounts for them and their families. Non-member prices are still a tremendous value for our friends and customers who are not members of BHS.
If you are a member, be sure you enter your Member/Associate ID by clicking the Promo/Gift Certificate link at checkout and entering your number in the Promo/Gift Certificate box, then select Apply.
Current BHS Discounts:
All prices listed on the site are full price, without any discounts applied. Please be sure to enter your member or associate # in the promo/gift certificate field at checkout before completing your order. In order to receive the discount, you will need to do this each time you place an order.

Music Rights & Restrictions
Harmony Marketplace cannot accept returns or exchanges for sheet music or songbooks (print or digital), or learning tracks (CD or digital) as we are legally obligated to pay royalties and arranger fees on all sold goods and are unable to resell music.
Sheet Music Purchasing Details
We offer the option of digital distribution (where applicable) OR physically mailed copies with the exact quantity ordered for our sheet music for domestic orders. If a product is the digital download version, it will have the letters dl behind the product ID and the word Download in the title.
BHS and Harmony Marketplace are fully licensed by ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and all other applicable copyright holders for web-broadcasting of audio and video samples of our products.
Unfortunately, not all of our sheet music is available for sale worldwide. Licensing restrictions with copyright holders guide what and where we can sell products. BHS takes seriously its obligations to comply with copyright law. We are working diligently to increase the number of titles available for sale worldwide via Hal Leonard — visit bit.ly/mensbarbershop for many new publications. If you are unable to find an arrangement on our website, contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in securing licenses for titles you wish to obtain. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making your purchase.

Shipping & Returns
All sales are binding at the time of purchase. Our vastly enhanced ecommerce system moves orders from billing to shipping almost immediately, which means we’ll ship more items more quickly than ever. That also means that there is no time to alter an order after it is confirmed. If you have a question regarding your order, please contact Customer Service (800-876-7464 or email@example.com) BEFORE placing your order. Please allow approximately 1 week for normal processing and delivery times, unless you select a faster shipping option at checkout. All prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Hours of Operation
You may place an order on the website at any time, but normal business hours of operation are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time / Monday through Friday, excluding Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) holidays and during the week of the annual BHS International Convention. You may also call 1-800-876-SING (7464) during normal business hours to place an order via the customer service department.
The following options for shipping are available for most items:
- USPS Media Mail (slower, most affordable option for order only containing Music, Manuals, and CD/DVDs)
- USPS First Class (3-6 days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
- USPS Media Mail (cost effective for all print)
- UPS (For overnight and next day packages)
Return & Refund Policy
You are a valued customer, and we want your shopping experience with us to be hassle free. Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of purchase. We no longer accept returns or exchanges that exceed this time frame.
Returns: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Harmony Marketplace purchase for any reason, please call 800.876.7464 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions including a return authorization number. Any items returned must meet the following criteria: no sign of obvious use and return of complete item (accessories, manuals, etc.). Your item must be in the original packaging including any accessories. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. The product(s) and your receipt must be returned to Harmony Marketplace within 15 calendar days of the return authorization number issuance. Please DO NOT send back items without first contacting us for this authorization; they will not be accepted, and you may incur additional shipping charges to return them to you, or they may not be returned. Please see list below for items not eligible for return.
Refunds: If you are due a refund, we will initiate a refund to the credit card used for the order. You will receive the credit typically within 24 hours, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact Harmony Marketplace within 30 days to request a replacement. Upon receipt of damaged item, we will reissue the said item at no cost. If there is nothing wrong with your product, but you are not satisfied with your purchase for another reason (size, color, changed your mind), you are free to return your item for exchange; up-charge effective if new item exceeds original cost + shipping & handling.
Exceptions: Some items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Harmony Marketplace cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items: sheet music or songbooks (print or digital), learning tracks (CD or digital), opened CDs, DVDs, name badges, and pitch pipes.
Errors or Omissions in Order (Including ENTIRE Order): We do our best to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Please help us maintain that level of service by reporting errors or omissions with your order within 30 days of receipt. If you do not receive your entire order, please notify us within 30 days of placing it or we may not be able to reissue the order without additional charges.
